Razorpay: We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and wallets through our secure payment gateway provided by Razorpay.
Cash on Delivery (COD): This option is available for eligible orders and locations within India. Please note that a nominal handling fee may apply. You can pay the order amount in cash to our delivery partner upon receiving your order.
Physical Payment: For specific arrangements (e.g., bulk orders or local pickups), we may offer the option of physical payment. Please contact us at info@ruchikoottu.in or +91 7592 956 446 to discuss this option.
2. Payment Security:
All online payments made through Razorpay are secured using industry-standard encryption technology to protect your sensitive financial information.
Ruchikoot does not store your credit/debit card details or other sensitive payment information on our servers. This information is securely processed by Razorpay.
For Cash on Delivery, please ensure you have the exact order amount ready at the time of delivery to avoid any inconvenience.
3. Order Cancellation:
You can request to cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@ruchikoottu.in or +91 7592 956 446 with your order number.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please refer to our Refund Policy below.
Ruchikoot reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including but not limited to reasons such as product unavailability, inaccuracies in pricing or product information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, we will notify you and provide a full refund of any payments made.
4. Returns and Refunds:
We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may be eligible for a return and refund.
To initiate a return, please contact us within same day of receiving your order at info@ruchikoottu.in or +91 7592 956 446 with your order number and details of the issue, along with supporting images or videos if applicable.
Our customer support team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and with all original tags and accessories intact.
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase:
Razorpay Payments: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment account (credit/debit card, bank account, UPI, or wallet). The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cash on Delivery: For COD orders, we will initiate a bank transfer or UPI transfer to the bank details you provide us. Please ensure the details provided are accurate.
Physical Payments: Refunds for physical payments will be processed as mutually agreed upon during the initial transaction.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product).
5. Refund Processing Time:

The time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. We will notify you once the refund has been initiated from our end.
